School demanding 40 - 60% more money as fees than what supreme court has ordered. I have not paid fees for last year and called management for meeting. But teacher says not possible now and dragging. I am alone who has raised the question but most of parents scared. And so paid whatever this educational institution has demanded. It is violation of court order should i go and complain to chief or district education officer. It is also contempt of supreme court order separately ?

So will government take action on school management and penalize and ask they to return excess money collected to parents or they will ask my ward to move to some other school ?
