Respected sir...I'm a doctor doing my post-graduation in Salem govt medical college.I came from a difficult background financially to this level. I gave Upsc combined medical service exam 2018 and I am selected for railways (roll no 1200478).But since I am doing my post-graduation final year they have requested one-time certificate verification before July 10 and I can join after my course completion. But college authorities are not providing certificates..They are asking for a 15lakhs cheque to provide certificates and they will return it to me giving back my certificates.I submitted my aadhaar pan card but they are not accepting. But I don't have so much amount and coming from a poor background expect you to intervene and to provide me my railway job. Is money the criteria for a person's future.?I have my attested certificates.
