Megha asked 3 years ago US Visa Matter: An H1-B employee working in the USA married me presently. He recently got his H1B extension and we filed for my H4 Visa extension. I do not have H4 EAD. Moreover, I am working in India and traveling to the USA to meet my husband. I do not work in the USA. I have been waiting for my H4 EAD approval for the last 14 months and it has not been approved yet. My company (in India) in the meantime has offered me a position in the USA on L1B.
