What is the procedure to give complaint against a school in consumer court ?.

i want admission for my daughter to lkg to the school.on CBSE but now 2 years ready my daughter is studying ukg now but now this school was found and caught by police not registered with CBSE and school was closed now I m suffer to get school admission to any other school I would like to give a Criminal complaint against on that school want to get my 2 years of losing my money Rs.1 Lakh.  what is the procedure to give a complaint to that school in consumer court?
